How We Help
Our associates are the heart of the ZelisCares program.Â
ZelisCares offers our associates a variety of ways to get involved, including matching donations, volunteer time-off, and company-sponsored volunteering events.
Volunteerism
Zelis provides associates with eight hours of paid-time off each year to engage in volunteer activities. Team members take part in volunteering events throughout the year, cultivating a culture of purpose, collaboration, and common values, and making the world a better place.
Associate Matching
Zelis encourages our associates to support eligible charitable organizations that drive positive change. The ZelisCares matching program enables associates to enhance the effectiveness of their personal giving while allowing Zelis a greater reach in supporting worthy causes. Zelis matches up to $500 in charitable donations per participating associate each year to their favorite eligible charitable organizations, increasing our positive community impact together.
Community
Our business resource groups (BRGs) are actively involved in championing the causes that matter most to our associates. They coordinate and host charitable events and fundraising initiatives globally, focusing on issues that are important to their mission.
Spotlight on Support
We regularly host volunteering events at our offices and sponsor one paid day off per year for each associate for volunteering in their local community. Even Executive Leadership gets in on the fun, look at CEO Amanda Eisel and CFO Brian Gladden!
